At first I wasn't sure about all the supplements he suggested, but I experienced an intensely profound bout of depression this year that I simply could not beat on my own. I tried everything he suggested: the oxytocin nasal spray, the methyl b12 particularly have made a marked difference along with the antidepressants and ADHD-inattentive type medicine change. I haven't slept in quite literally a month and a half. Every time I try to get ahold of somebody at Cody Regional Health Behavioral Health for help, the phone goes to voicemail or they are out of the office. My phone messages are not returned and I wouldn't even have to keep calling in if the doctor would prescribe actual approved medicine for the symptoms I have instead of some holistic mumbo jumbo thing he found on the Internet. If you are in need of a Dr that is very knowledgeable of medications/ interactions, mental illness/ health, addiction & recovery I would recommend Dr. Pollard 100% he listens and does his very best to improve his patients quality of life.
I went to this doctor for ADD. I was genome tested, given vitamins, given all kinds of handouts for supplements, and then he started talking about magnets.... He prescribed a newer ADD drug, which Medicaid denied, but he didn't try again. (He would have just had to show that id tried other drugs with minimal success, but he didn't). Magnets... There's no scientific evidence that they do anything for health or ADD... Lots of bells and whistles but I don't remember him actually discussing ADd with me....
