Where can I get my medical records if his office is closed? I have an unrelated issue and my general surgeon needs my records to do my surgery. HELP!!!!!!
When I first went to doctor Scott I was very sick dealing with a lot of stomach problems I actually thought if I had the extra skin removed I would have a healthier life So I made a appointment payed my money then I found out I had a ulcer on my stomach so I had to cancel the surgery I asked for a refund it's been over 2 months And I have not received my refund.... It's been almost 2 years. I still have not received my money back. They stop answering their phone.
Dr. Mimms seemed to be a kind and knowledgeable physician. He gave me the impression that he is concerned about my health and wellbeing as his patient. His staff is professional.
I still haven’t received my $500 deposit back for my breast implants procedure I had scheduled right before his license got suspended.. I have several messages from his staff stating all refunds would be issued . It’s been a YEAR and I still haven’t received my REFUND !!! Will be taking further actions
Dr. Mimms has a number of malpractice cases and at least one death under his belt. He almost killed my friend due to cutting her bowell during surgery . He had her sitting with a colovaginal fistula for over a year. Please don't put your trust in this man or his staff, you may not make it out of his surgery alive . That's the truth. Please do your research .
