Hannah gives favoritism over doing what's right. She doesn't take into consideration history, reports, or incidents...and was not supposed to show up for 24 hours after certain medicines had worn off the patient to do the evaluation, but did anyway. She said one thing to family and something different entirely to medical staff. Do not use this company, they are not trustworthy and do not truly have the best interest of the patient at heart.
