Dr. Bigelow has done A Few surgeries on me and My husband. We wouldn't trust anyone more than we trust him. He is always kind and caring and I brag about him to all my family and friends
On my initial consultation Dr. Bigelow was pleasant, he gave me plenty of time to ask questions and provided the answers to help me understand my procedure. Very Knowledgeable. Thank you!!

Visit was great. Everything explained to me.
Dr. Bigelow replaced my knee with the Conformis prosthetic. After surgery the joint has been noisy when planting my heal and the side-to-side had slippage and loud noise and the physical therapist said it was louder then they had ever heard. On the 1st & 2nd office visit I saw the PA. I got concerned about the noise and stability and called the prosthetic manufacturer and discussed my situation. I was scheduled to meet with him. He was often rude and acting like he was in a hurry. This is based on the 3 different visit times. It help like he didn’t have time to discuss my medical issue, or had better things to do. One of the appointment he was 2 hours late to the office. Also, he was very confused when talking about my medical problem. Ex. I broke my foot in November and he said I broke it in the middle of October.
