Absolutely AWFUL! waited 3 and a half hours for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! He didn't even have the decency to acknowledge that I was there and in a great deal of pain. His bedside manner or blatant LACK of one is apparent. I wouldn't recommend him to any of my worst enemies. Just because he went to HARVARD doesn't give him the right to dismiss his HARD WORKING AND PAYING customers. He is a disgrace to his profession. Being a doctor takes a special personality and you sir do not have what it takes.
I waited almost an hour past my appointment time to see Dr. Berkenblit for the first time. I have been going to this practice for several years, having seen Dr. Carls, Dr. Bhatnagar, Dr. Carpenter, and Hollie Green, all of whom were great. The staff has also been friendly and professional. I thought I would give this doctor a try as I have chronic knee issues and was looking for a steady doctor to treat me.
