The cost for his so-called hybrid program keeps going up. If you are not in the program, expect to only see his physician's assistant . He is a competent doctor but is now only catering to the rich.
Would give zero stars if I could, Dr is rude and arrogant.
Dr. Elsbree has been my doctor for eleven years and I would never change. He is brilliant, kind and considerate and an excellent physician. And, he listens. If a patient needs extended therapy that he can't provide, he recommends therapists he believes to be the best in the field. I am recovering from a painful, disabling illness due to his care. He does care - deeply. His staff is wonderful.as well.
Always have to wait too long . After being there for over 1 hour waiting to see me , it was cancelled and I was told he had an emergency . Right ......who are they fooling ...
Dr. Elsbree charges $2,100 a year to join his "hybrid" program to see him, or you get his NP or PA. His office staff is rude, stressed, overworked and continuously gives inaccurate info. You can’t get through to a human, they avoid phone calls, questions and use an email portal for communication. I provide payments for his services as my primary doctor… he should be ashamed to treat his patients this way… another way to make a buck.
Attempted to make an appointment as a new patient and was told that in order to see the Dr. I would have to enroll in his "Hybrid" program. This is just a money making scheme that charges an extra $2,000 a year (plus insurance) in order to be seen, treated and managed by the the Doc personally. If you don't enroll, your are only seen by a NP or PA> Being from NY, I never heard of such nonsense. It's just a way an added way for the this DR. to make money for what he should be doing for FREE!
I contacted the office and had a date and time to meet the staff and say hello to the doctor.i received an email confirming my appt. I got to the exactly at my appointment time and waited Thirty Minutes in his empty waiting room until being told that they never heard of me !!!!! This doctor is a loser and potential patients need to beware William j Morton MD. (Retired after 54 years of a surgical practice in Georgia)
