Dr. Smith has been very helpful to my husband; however, I have not received the same care. Dr. Smith is hardly in the examination room before he is leaving. During my last visit I asked about a specific rash. He brushed aside my question and left. The rash has since gotten worse.
In addition to his vast experience and knowledge, Dr. Smith is very compassionate and understanding. He will give you a face-to-face thorough examination and take the time to hear what you have to say. He has very friendly and excellently trained staff. Even if it does take a little time, his medical assistant did advise me that he was running a little behind so I didn't feel like I was left in the waiting room and ignored. I would highly recommend his office to anyone I know. - Tracey M.
