Dr. Sigman is patient, kind and understanding. His office staff goes above and beyond for patients. I was nervous having surgery at the this facility because I live in NH and have never known anyone who had surgery at the Surgery Center. I have to say that this was an awesome experience from the time I got dropped off (by my husband who could not come in with me because of Covid) the nurses and staff told me exactly what was going on and never had a doubt that I was going to be ok. Dr. Sigman has operated on both my shoulders 3 times. Once was 15 years ago and here I find myself again in his care. Dr. Sigman does not disappoint. Truely an expert in his field.
I was forced to see an Ortho Dr due to excessive shoulder pain. I chose to see a Dr who had helped me with other concerns. After my MRI and consult i was informed i would need surgery on the shoulder that would include a sling and pillow for 8 weeks post surgery. Feeling this was not conduce to my life style i chose to see Dr Sigman who i was told did something different. Prompt professional care from day of diagnosis to surgical repair. I was apprehensive about having a procedure on my dominant arm, but knew the shoulder was not functioning at full capacity. Dr. Sigman uses a multi-modal approach to provide his patient's with a minimally invasive and opioid sparing encounter. I was received a peripheral nerve block prior to the surgery, and was pain free for the first five days post-op. The use of Meloxicam (NSAID) and Gabapentin in those first five days did the trick. The best experience I've had with a Doctor or surgeon in years. Very knowledgeable, patient, and provided all the correct information to make me feel comfortable to do the Surgery. Post -Op was astonishing, no pain at all. I didn't have to rely on any pain medication. I recommend this surgery to anyone that needs it and I definitely recommend using Dr. Sigmon and his Staff!! Thank you Dr. Sigman for making my life better and normal again!!
Very happy with the results so far, we are 10 days out and i barley need the sling. So happy i went in this direction for shoulder surgery. Do your research!!
I had rotator cuff repair. I was very happy that the repair was completely successful. I am happy to say the recovery was painfree.
Very professional, communicates well and the results were better than I could have expected. My rehab and healing were smooth for a knee replacement. I would recommend Dr. Sigman and the staff are great.
