Dr. Sigman explained in detail the surgical needs for my right shoulder, and walked me through the surgical process and Post Operation recovery treatments. Dr. Sigman and his Staff are true professionals and provided excellent care. After surgery, I experienced almost no pain even when doing the recommended shoulder exercises. came in for shoulder , couldn't move it much but after the ortho laser treatment I improved around 85% pain free.
Dr. Sigman was very confident in what my problem was and he was right. Everything about my shoulder surgery went as he described. No opioid pain meds required! Great range of motion only 1 day after surgery. His post op protocol worked for me!
My son has been seeing Dr. Sigman for 2 years after a total subluxation of his knee. After some PT, his knee still wasnt right. it was time for surgery and I even switched my son's insurnace to make sure Dr. Sigman could do this procedure. He had barely any pain immediately following surgery, and was walking and mobile within hours. The best part is that this was done opiate free!!!!

Described and implimented a prodecure (cow patch)that I didn't know existed and saved months of painful recovery. Quick recovery, very little discomfort, no need for opiods.
