After doing a partial cleaning, x-rays and exam, they told me they were not accepting my insurance. And told me I could "thank the government" for that.
Will never go back Dr Kapers. Worst dentist of my life. They are nice, but most of the said dental work is not needed. And they don't warranty their work.
Just had a truly enjoyable experience at Creating Smiles! The staff was friendly, helpful and informative! I highly recommend this dentist office to anyone in the area!
My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Kapers for over 15 years. He and his staff are professional and personable at the same time. In other words....they're awesome! Most of his staff has ben with him for the entire time we've been patients and we feel like we know them professionally and personally. Dr. Kapers is very knowledgeable and handles all fields of dentistry other than ortho so it's not necessary to see specialists - he can handle all of it. Great team. My hygienist is awesome. Scott is super friendly answers all your questions no matter how simple. I'd go monthly if I could.
