Preformed an emergency colonoscopy on my husband and clamped off an area in the colon where he was bleeding. Doctor is very efficient and easy to understand.
I have had a great experience with Dr Sagi and his staff since I started going there about a year ago. He answers all my questions and if I have questions in between visits, I can email him and he always answers the same day. He explains things to my satisfaction. I don’t have long waits - I’m taken back immediately and he comes in immediately. I am happy to have found him after struggling with Crohn’s for 20 Years.
I got this doctor as a substitute for my surgeon's recommended Dr. Matthew Baum. Dr. Sagi is a cold and uncaring person who gave me no recommendations to help my acute inflammation in the esophagus and chonic inflammation of the stomach. After begging calls to his office, I received a letter a month after the endoscopy saying "resume previous diet, follow antirelux regimen and continue present medications." Well, no duh! This office is horrible at returning calls. Even EMERGENCY calls Still 3 days and no call backs after we have called 3 times !!! Was promised this would not happen again after same lack of attention 6 months ago
