I was attempting my 2nd visit with Dr. Nease. The staff is very pleasant. They had me in the exam room on time, got my BP and reviewed medicines. I got my gown and changed. I waited 45 minutes in the exam room. I could hear activity outside the door in the hallway. I waited and waited. After 45 minutes, I left. Checking in and giving me an update would have gone a long way. Obviously, I won’t be back. Switching to Baptist Health for my GYN needs. Oh, and the lack of parking at St. Joe East is ridiculous.
I absolutely LOVE Dr. Neace. As a nurse, I can be quite picky about my healthcare and healthcare providers. I have been so impressed with her! She took over my care after my previous OB retired and I have zero complaints. She has cared for me through an ectopic pregnancy, and a healthy pregnancy and delivery after. She truly listens to me and answers all my questions and concerns.

Dr. Neace has a pleasant disposition which makes for a good patient experience. I feel that she is very prompt & thorough in addressing questions/concerns/needs.
Dr. Neace us a great doctor. I always felt very welcomed at the office until my most recent visit. The older lady with shoulder length curly hair at check out that does authorizations was so RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL. I hope she was having a bad day. Hopefully she has a better day.
