Dr. Sarwat is very patient and listens in detail to the concerns and describes clearly the cause and effect, and the steps for resolution. Team members are friendly, courtious and willingly helpful. The place seems a little old, but all it matters are the hands of the doc and the quality of service and prompt response. Over all, she makes you feel like a family member.

No, I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? No. It took me several times to get through. Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes

. This office is really unclean. On many visits, there were bandaids on the floor, and wrappers from thermometers, and that type of refuse. I used my own child's wipes to clean down the exam table, in particular, the scuzzy tool they use to measure her length. Very dirty! They do take my daughter at a moment's notice, and the male doctor, Dr. Patel is exceptionally kind and understanding. Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Are you going to visit this provider again?
