Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Is this business handicap-accessible? No, I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? No. It took me several times to get through. Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes

. This office is really unclean. On many visits, there were bandaids on the floor, and wrappers from thermometers, and that type of refuse. I used my own child's wipes to clean down the exam table, in particular, the scuzzy tool they use to measure her length. Very dirty! They do take my daughter at a moment's notice, and the male doctor, Dr. Patel is exceptionally kind and understanding. Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did this pediatrician's waiting room have separate areas for "sick" and "well" children? No, and my child got sick as a result of it!
