I have been a patient of Dr. Iqbal for several years. Recently I needed a simple employment exam. On the employment medical form Dr. Iqbal erroneously stated I had diabetes. When I realized this and went back to her she had no record of the test in my file! Luckily I had a copy. She then filled out a new form but this time checked a box that states I'm missing a limb - this is not true. She said she "Checked that because she had to check something." Again, this was not true.
