She takes the time to listen to parents and address their concerns. She diagnosed an often overlooked and potentially life threatening condition in our son when he was a toddler, because she takes the time to listen to the information given by parents. She treats our boys like she would treat her own. We are very grateful for her.
DO NOT BOTHER!!!!! Called a month ago to schedule my sons 9 month shots. Advised the office staff that I just moved to the area and that I was a new patient and my insurance gives me their info. Gave her my sons insurance info and booked appointment. Received a call the day before my appointment stating they are not accepting new patients. I was understandably upset and annoyed at the lack of assistance and the girl who phoned me was rude, unapologetic, and had the worst attitude.
Very impersonal, rushed well visit with Dr Katz. Some of her staff is amazing. However she is not. There are much better pediatricians around
