I always like to give the full side of the story when providing reviews, as those of you that read my reviews know, so I will start off by saying we never even got to see the Dr.?!?!? The receptionist is beyond horrible. My husband had a stroke and his primary care physician (PCP) gave a list of specialists within their group to follow up with. The receptionist lacks professionalism and lacks required knowledge and rude! No way going there or recommending....
I have been a patient of Dr. Dulai's since 2007. My quality of life would not be as good if he was not part of my medical team. Both of my parents are now patients of his too and think the world of him. Negative comments are BS nonsense. The providers always make for easy targets. It's really unfortunate.
My mother, who had Parkinson’s Disease, was Dr Dulai’s patient for several years. He would tell her to come in every three months and each time just up her prescription dosage. She finally got to the point she couldn’t function. When I asked him was there anything else that could be done he answered “No”. It was as if he didn’t care. It was always a 15 minute appointment and here’s your prescription. I immediately took her to see another local neurologist for a second opinion.
