The office didn’t bother to contact well in advance to tell the lab will be closed at 4pm, when I made my appointment a few days ago I specifically asked for blood work and they didn’t raise any concern at that time. I’ve gone to Dr. Wong for 10years and have recommended her to many people. She has helped me through many different health issues and concerns. At every visit, she asks questions and thoughtfully talks about solutions to my problems. It’s obvious that she truly cares about my health. Her office has a clean, pleasant atmosphere and all the staff are kind. I’ve never waited long for an appointment. She’s an exceptional Dr. I highly recommend.
All my concerns were addressed which gave me peace of mind.
Excellent service
The entire team treated me with excellent professional courtesy and care. They each did their part accurately. I waited no more than 5 minutes past my scheduled appointment. They also make doing 'paperwork' electronically easy. Dr. Wong was a researcher, taking time to ask questions and follow up where necessary. Dr. Wong is knowledgeable, but in two checkups, two years apart (thank you, Medicare), she completely contradicted herself relating to my treatment. We had a minor disagreement, a few years ago, over the way her office communicated with me after some tests, and she appears to have held a grudge ever since. I probably should have left the practice then. At this last visit, she made it clear that I no longer require her services.
