This doctor is in too big of a hurry. I showed her a place on my leg and she said it was nothing but at my insistence she biopsied it and it was cancer. On my recheck appointment for my leg, I showed her a spot on my nose. She said it was an age spot. Nine months later, when it was still there I went back and she biopsied it and it was cancer. DR SCOTT IS A VERY CARING AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER.
After suffering from an unusual rash outbreak, I set an appointment with Dr.Scott for medical advice. After waiting for over an hour at the clinic, she came in and looked at my skin condition for 2 minutes, before solely offering a steroid injection (which is only a temporary bandage to the bigger problem). She was dismissive of the idea of a skin biopsy and seemed eager to leave. STAFF WAS INDIFFERENT The office staff at Dallas Associated Dermatologists is really terrible. Just try calling them yourself if you don't want to take my word for it. They're evasive when you ask almost any kind of question -even the simple stuff, and it really made me loose trust and faith in them. I need a doctor that I can trust! All they do is make appointments and they don't a bit care if you decide to go somewhere else. I got my appointment but kept looking around so i cancelled later.
Dr. Scott is amazing. She is knowledgeable, very bright, thorough, and very kind.
