Supervisor helped and got us an appointment after my initial review. I don't want to reflect poorly on this practice if I have not been seen but the scheduling staff needs to better handle phones especially when you're dealing with mother's in their most vulnerable state - pregnancy and postpartum with news that their baby needs an cardio ultrasound for possible heart concerns. That's already scary enough.
