Love this office...couldn't ask for better dental care..very friendly and efficient
Need to see her on the weekend and she took time out of her day to look at me
She is always pleasant with a smile on her face. And I have had nothing but great experiences at this office for both myself and children. They seem to really care about their patients and I love the front desk girls.
I am surprised by the reviews on Dr. Sarah Mancuso. She has always been wonderful with my children and goes out of her way to be involved with our families milestones (sending cards). A very empathetic professional with a high quality of standard. A++++++
I am so disappointed with this office. They are loosing our entire family today. Too many staff, no one person in our family has same technicians. No getting to know us. Rude front staff. One hygenist tried to relay information from another hygenist that worked on my son from the dentist (Sarah) who had already left for the day.....was not even 5:00pm. UGH. This is a minor. The only good thing I have to say about Sarah Mancuso is that she is fast. She seems stressed out which in turn stresses out the patient who is already terrified to be there, she doesn't do all that great of work and was especially rude to her assistant Kate numerous times through out the appointment which made me uncomfortable. Instead of being pushy and demanding maybe try having some patience and concentrating on your own work. Moved to this area 2years ago- previous experiences with dentists were not the greatest. Dr sarah was a refreshing change to what i was used to. Great with my kids and good beside manner. we'll be patients for life.
