All I can say is “THANK YOU, THANK YOU, and THANK YOU! I called to make an appointment with this office after hearing such great reviews from my neighbor. He stressed how wonderful the entire office was not to mention the doctor. I was asked questions about my insurance (which was NOT a problem) and about my address and other contact info again not a problem. I went to see Dr. Jensen as a patient recently and had a wonderful experience. She made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The staff was warm and welcoming. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Yes I did have to present my insurance card at the time of the visit but I have never been to a Dr when I was able to be seen without it. ... read more
My experience with this office was wonderful. From the first contact on the phone to the end of the visit. Everyone was kind and courteous. Dr. Jensen spent a great deal of time looking at my skin and helping me decide best treatment options for my skin condition. She was amazing! And helped me with issues that have afflicted me for years!! The office staff and nursing staff were very friendly and kind! I will recommend this office to everyone I know!
