Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

I have been to many offices in different cities, since I am a grad student with acne and have moved around a lot. I got courteous, efficient service and was given many handouts and samples and--when the insurance didn't cover my medicine--the doctor's office provided a large trade size of medicine for me!!! I had the best experience. Most skin doctors just walk in and out and the nurses do all the talking. Dr. Jensen explained how to use the medicine and what to expect. My dermatologist referred me to this clinic because she is supposed to be an expert in hair loss. I had a sudden onset of diffuse thinning and hairloss with no genetic history. Dr. Jensen spent less than 5 minutes with me, performed no analysis of my hair, ordered no tests, and told me Rogaine and Propecia are my only options. I have never had a doctor answer my questions with "I don't know" so many times. I was stunned at the lack of care, to be honest. Truly disappointing experience that was not even covered by insurance.

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
