I remain completely frustrated in trying to contact this doctor's office. I have an authorized referral to see her but I can't get thru by phone and they do not return phone calls. You can't get them on the phone. How do you run a business this way???

Dr Smith I really like her shes a very good Dr and Caring i know you have to wait im the office for long time but shes worth it dont have any complaints the staff is very nice also.

While Dr B-Smith is quite competent in her practice, her staff are not. This office is understaffed and overbooked to the point where it appears that the doctor only views the patient's chart at the time of visit, and not before. She does not take the time to get to know her patients or their various conditions which bring them there. She simply does not have the time.

Forget reaching anyone by phone. I've never waited less than 2 1/2 hours to spend less than 5 minutes with her. She has no bedside manner, won't prescribe narcotics that I need, never examined me, doesn't listen & only wants to do an extremely expensive surgery as the 1st option. This Mon. will be my final appt. with her. I will say that the dozen or so other patients that I've talked to do like her, but I don't know what their conditions were. My disorder is very complex.

Dr Smith is an excellent doctor; however, her staff are far from it. They have proven to be dishonest, and fail to return calls, even to my primary care physician's office! While the doctor's abilities are beyond reproach, her bedside manner needs some work. Much of the time, I feel like my needs and desires are ignored in favor of her own agenda. And, although I have dual coverage without copays, I continue to receive billing statements from the last nine months.
