I have been seeing her for over a decade now. I have chronic back and neck pain from work injuries. I tried 3 other pain management doctors before finding her. She really listens. She and her staff are very caring and kind. When it's appropriate she will do telehealth appointments. Plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessible.
I saw her when she was in the high desert. I waited 3 plus hours in the waiting room and another hour plus in the exam room. She was in and out in less than 5 mins. Don't bother.
Dr. Smith is very attentive with her patients. She has a lovely bedside manner.
Called for appt as new patient. Got there 1/2 hrs early and was told they "couldn't find my appt but to go ahead and sign in." After a 2 1/2 hr wait we were questioned how we heard about them. When we asked how much longer the wait was we were told that were "fitting us in" and it would be another 2 hrs. We walked out while the doctor took lunch with a packed waiting room waiting.
In the 29 years that I've had an extremely complex disorder called RSD/CRPS, I've been SO fortunate to have 2 extremely caring, compassionate & knowledgeable female doctors. My last doctor retired so after interviewing several doctors I chose Dr. Smith. I waited to see her for over 3 hours & when I finally got to see her, SHE NEVER EVEN EXAMINED ME! It took almost 4 months before she would prescribe pain meds. Like the other reviews, I can't reach the staff by phone. After seeing her for over 3
3 hour wait; refused to increase my Rx from Norco to hydrocodone. Almost impossible to get through via phone. NO WAY
I maxed out my spine injections. I am no longer in pain. They got me in and out. I hope that I will never have to deal with back pain again. I had instant relief. Decent staff. No nonsense. No frills.
EVERYTIME I GO I HAVE TO WAIT 3 TO 4 HOURS, SHE IS RUDE, RACIST, HARSH, GREEDY, FILTHY, AND TREATS HER PATIENTS AS IF THEY WERE A BAG OF MONEY. DR.SMITH GIVES SPINAL INJECTIONS TOO OFTEN IN HER FILTHY BACK OFFICE, THE STAFF NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONES, AND I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND HER TO MY WORST ENEMY. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND RISK YOUR HEALTH BECAUSE SHE GETS PAID GOOD FOR INJECTIONS. SHE IS THE WORST DOCTOR I'VE EVER SEEN!!
