Today I had one of the most painful and upsetting experiences of my life at Dr. Wise’s office—an experience that was deeply disappointing not only from a medical standpoint, but from a human one. Dr. Wise was the led surgeon for my bilateral endoscopic surgery, to service my chronic AFS. Her breadth in knowledge is unparalleled. She is a one of one researcher, expert and specialist in this field. The surgery went phenomenal and she did an amazing job answering all questions and concerns pre op and post op. Her thoroughness made me feel very comfortable as a patient. Lastly, her staff were very prompt, provided a comprehensive plan and they too were thorough.
I went to Dr. Wise as she was recommended from another MD. I was being transferred from a previous ENT and still having so many issues after surgery. I was skeptical because i couldn't find many reviews. Immediately I could tell she did not want to be bothered with my case; however the PA was pleasant. I brought in my CT scan for her to review and she only looked at one view and said my Sinuses were clear. I have been going to Dr. Wise for several years. She is very thorough, has a great bedside manner, and explains her diagnosis in layman's terms. I have visited other ENT Specialists but none come close to her.
