Dr. Graff is really knowledgeable, cares very much about her patients, and listens to your concerns!
Dr. Graff is one of the finest physicians I’ve ever known. Her care is top level, and her staff is the best!! She is the best psychiatrist I know.
Dr. Graff is a great doctor however I was informed that she stop taking afternoon appointments for established patients and I only felt comfortable with her. My last appointment which led me to leaving involved waiting an ridiculously long time (almost an hour and a half) and getting impatient because of this and being charged $50 no show fee because I left. This was extremely bad customer service and for that I do not recommend this office.
Dr. Graff is an incredible practitioner. She is incredibly thoughtful and works with patients to find the right diagnosis and medication that works for each individual. I appreciate her transparency as a doctor about her methods and why she chooses particular treatment plans.
