Dr. Sara Turse is one of the most caring and confident internist/primary caregivers in Melbourne. Yes, she may run behind schedule if the patient in front of you needs more time. But that also means that she is not going to have you on a clock and will make sure that you get all the time that you need to have a complete review and understanding of your own conditions.
Dr Turse is the best. She is very caring and takes the time to answer all questions. Her office staff especially Sabrina are kind and helpful .
I have never had any problems with the office staff, they are wonderful. I have had issues with labs billing me wrong and they took the time to correct the labs issues. Dr. Turse always takes a lot of time with me going over all my questions and concerns. I really like this Dr. and her staff.
I visited Dr. Turse for the first time in February and I liked that she listened to everything I had to say about myself and took the time for me. I was surprised that I had to pay toward my deductible and not my co-pay, but I am trying to work that out with the office now. I will continue to go to her once I get my co-pay situation corrected. Always give people a 2nd chance, you may not understand the process at first.
Dr Turse is wonderful! Very caring, professional and attentive to every health detail. Her staff (Sabrina) is incredibly caring and always follows up with any information and updates. They are the best!
