Maddy is the best! You are in great hands with her! She is super professional, kind, and takes pride in her work.
We were so impressed with their office for seeing our daughter so quickly for an emergency while we were in town visiting family. Everyone was so caring and wanted to make sure she wasn’t in pain. We felt like Dr. Maddy had been her Dr for a long time as she made her feel that comfortable.
We are visiting from out of town and my daughter had a wire come out. I called and they said we could come in 1 hour! We were fixed and out of there in 20 minutes! The staff was amazing, both Sue at the front desk and Natalie, the tech. Thanks for keeping our vacation stress free! If we were local, we'd definitely come here for our ortho needs!
We have been so happy with this practice! My youngest daughter just got her braces off and it’s been a wonderful experience from start to finish. Her teeth look amazing and she loved going to the orthodontist because Dr. Maddy and her staff are all so kind. My older daughter went to a different orthodontist and had a pretty negative experience - it felt like a bit of a revolving door of patients without any personalized care. I have entrusted all three of my children to this practice, beginning with Dr. Bergsma. When I learned of her retirement, I was worried because she was exceptional and set such a high standard. However, I was relieved to find out that Dr. Bergsma had personally chosen her successor, assuring us that we would be in good hands. She was absolutely right. Dr. Maddy is a true gem.
