I love Dr. Montoya!! I dread the day when she retires. The Best Physician in the Lowcountry.
Dr. Montoya has been my PCP for almost 8 years. She is kind, genuine, empathetic, and always there to listen. She has provided me with excellent care time and again, even on short notice. Her office staff is also wonderful Thank you Dr. Montoya for everything you do!
I love Dr Montoya and Lauren. The rest of the staff needs to be replaced! They are rude and disorganized and they don't care! Twice, I have had to have blood drawn. Was told, no big deal and quick. The first time, she wasn't there, so I made the trip for nothing. No apology, just call first next time. I went in at a later date and waited 30 minutes for something they told me was no waiting and no appointment.
