I scheduled an appointment for a broken veneer. I spoke to the receptionist in length about what happened on the phone and she said not to worry, that the dentist will fix it. When I arrived, Dr. Patla came in and said, "So, you want a tooth pulled..." I told her no, that my tooth broke and needed to be fixed, and that I went into detail with the receptionist about what happened. She then said, "Oh, well, the dentist that handles that JUST left. Dr. Patla is the best dentist I have ever been to. She is professional, kind and gentle. I'm finally not scared to come to the dentist because everything they do is painless. She takes time to explain everything to you and has a great staff working with her. I am always taken in on time, early even, no waiting around in the waiting room. I am very happy with this facility all around!
The staff is excellent, the doctor is patient and caring. Great service overall! Highly recommended!
Dr. Patla is very thorough, as well as painless. She is always positive and friendly.
This is a terrible doctor. I would not call her a doctor. She advertised her self heavily on the internet. That is how I got her phone number. When I came to her office I had to wait for 3 hours to see her. And she was not even there. The office staff kept me in by telling me that she is going to be back any minute. After 3 hours I was able to see her. The consultation was at most mediocre. She has very bad bed manners. Terrible experience. Don't go there.

I have been a patient of Dr Patlia for over five years and the experience has been excellent. The doctor and her staff are thorough, and detailed, with respect and concern for their patients being evident. I highly recommend this practice.
