The wait is terrible even though you have made appointment. They would take people who show up late before the one who comes on time. The kid is left undressed for a long time in the treatment room between the nurses and Doctor. Very unorganized.
Ever since they “upgraded” their system they have slowed down significantly. The answering service takes you in circles and then no one picks up. It takes me days of calling non stop to talk to someone or they click on you. Yet they are always texting surveys etc. Dr Patel and Miriam is great but she is rarely there anymore all we get are PA’s. I use to love this location but now its horrible because of the system .

Save your kids don’t ever bring them here, I had blood work done and turns out I have an autoimmune condition. This doctor did not prescribe me medication like she should have so I had to go a whole year unmedicated and ended up hospitalized so choose anywhere else please.
