Long story… Initially they dropped the ball severely I do believe the office front runners are to blame.. Unfortunately, that hasn’t changed waiting to get a call back and you don’t get one time and again… I lost contact information to reach doctor directly, However, rethinking the front office personnel could greatly help this office be successful. Very disappointed.
I have been a patient of Dr. Ayala's for several years and absolutely love him. He listens and truly cares about his patients and his practice. This office is the gold standard for medical practices with trusted practitioners and efficient staff.
I’ve been “seeing” Dr Ayala for over 3 years, however in the last year I never actually get an Appt with him, it’s always a PA or they refer me to urgent care unless I want to wait weeks while I’m sick to get seen. Most recently, I finally got an appointment with him to discuss chronic issues that have made my day to day miserable. The appt was at 8:30. I arrived at 8:30 but slipped on loose gravel in the parking lot and took a minute to get my bearings and complain to myself about the new ache in my shoulder from wrenching ... read more
Dr Ayala has always been concerned in my well being through care and his professional opinion. He LISTENS and advises. Been with him for years and he has always stayed connected. Wouldn’t want to see anyone else for my health care, and would recommend him to anyone needing a professional physician. Thank you Doctor…..
