Dr. Sastry done an awesome job with my epidural injection. It didn't hurt, and I got 95% pain relief!! Thank you, Dr. Sastry!!!
Dr Sastry was very helpful. I spent years trying to get rid if my back pain. I hated taking drugs and already had 2 back operation that didn't help. Dr Sastry was very helpful. He listened. He told me about a new device. He put a spinal stimulator to help my back. I can walk and stand without pain. He answered my prayers.
Very rude and unprofessional. I called him while I was visiting a third world country for urgent advice and he was unhelpful and said he would only answer my questions during an office visit. Also, their MRI machine at the time was in a shaky TRAILER in the back PARKING LOT!!!!! Had to redo it for the next (good) doctor because of the poor quality - $100 wasted. I was sent by my family Doc. I hurt my back so much, i couldn't even sit. Dr. Sastry saw me almost immediatly and gave my injection in my low back. After a couple of days, the pain was gone. He was sooo nice.
Dr. Sastry is unprofessional, intimidating, and rude. He may have a lot of experience in the field, but I would rather go to a doctor who isn't offended when I ask questions and answers sarcastically. The first time I got an epidural from him, I wanted to tell him to stop and walk out because there was a new nurse and it was her first time setting up this procedure, and he was absolutely berating and humiliating her in front of me about little things that weren't even important.
