I was not impressed with this doctor at all. I lost my previous pain management Doctor due to insurance changes. I went to this doctor to get re-established. I've had 2 back injections for sciatic nerve pain with no help and was started on Gabapenten, which was starting to show some progress. Just becAuse I was walking and standing straight, this doctor told me he was not giving me any medication and gave me a TENS unit along with a back brace! I think if my first doctor had thought a TENS unit and a back brace would've help... read more
Got hurt lifting soil. I could barely walk. Went to Dr Sastry, He listened. He told me about giving me injection that will get rid the pain in back. He was done in 10 minutes and I could walk again.
Have gone to other doctors but Dr Sastry is the BEST! He knows what he's doing and really can help you clam down your pain or get rid of it completely
I had injections from lots of docs here and Maryland. Nothing worked . Dr Sastry said some other injection would help . Now, I go dancing . Only take pain meds when I need . Sastry, is smart . His nurse told me he's an astrophysicist.
This angel came and helped my back and leg pain. Ive been is this country for 30 years and all doctors say is they don't understand what Im saying. Dr Sastry understands. Gave my physiotherapy and a shot in hip. No more pain. Good man.

Dr. Sastry is for sure my favorite one. His personality- his knowledge- his way to deal with patients- I give him a 10. He is outstanding.
I spent 12 years going to a neurology clininc in Daytona. They told me there is nothing more they could do. I went to Coastal to see Dr Benezette. He transfeered me to Dr Sastrey. He got rid of the pain by 2 shots in my back. I got off all the meds and stuff the other guys gave me. I tell everybody about how awesome and helpfup Dr Sastry is. Good job doc. See this guy. He helps people. Nice to see a doc who is nice.
