The Doctor was very accommodating. I felt comfortable as he has a great bedside manner. He got me in the next day after my accident. Took the time to repair my hand with skill. The staff was vey pleasant and made me feel quite comfortable. All in all, it was one of my better experiences considering the situation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your practice.
Dr. Patari takes quick action. He's a no nonsense type of guy. I believe he saved my finger and possibly my hand. I would no doubt go to him again for any injury.
The staff at the reception was courteous and explained clearly the instructions for the intake questions on the tablet. Doctor's Nurse: Christine was very kind to explain things to me a senior citizen. She was very professional and wanted to take the time to learn how my arthritis affected me for day to day activities like in my hands. Dr. Patari is a treasure in the world of medicine. He actively engages the patient in the treatment and thinks outside the box. He understands that no two situations are exactly alike and sees the person in front of him as a human being. It is clear from the way he interacts with his staff that he is both brilliant and humble. I wish there were more doctors like him. Everyone we encountered in the office was compassionate and cared about the service they were providing.
Dr. Patari and staff were extremely professional and caring to my pain. They clearly explained my issues to me and offered effective solutions. Highly recommend Dr. Patari's care.
