Very caring and professional!
Office staff is seriously unprofessional and lack in customer service. Sad, that I didn’t get to meet or give the doctor a chance, due to unprofessional staff. I have NEVER waited over a hour at any of my doctors appointments as a new patient to get my registration information done, that’s only cause I asked twice if they needed anything from me since I’m a new patient. Would not recommend this office to my worst enemy. Staff named Ms Reina had more than two weeks to submit paperwork to insurance for approval and did not do it, than tried to lie about it to her patient. Patient had to wait for more than 5 hours at the hospital admitting office. Ms Reina would not answer the phone or talk to us. Just plain lazy and not real smart.
GREAT DOCTOR, TAKE TIME TO EXPLAIN @ SURGERY. TIME TO HEAL. HE HAS A LOT OF PATIENTS..
Great Doctor and a great surgeon, I broke my humerus bone several years ago, and he did an excellent job on repairing the bone in my arm. I have to have titanium in my arm for the rest of my life, but the Dr. Misra was very caring and checked up on me for several months to make sure I was healing well. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Do not make a appointment. You are NEVER seen on time. I've been here several times (not by choice) and have been made to wait anywhere from 30 minutes to a hour and a half. The office staff is seriously unprofessional and their lack of customer service shows in the way they speak of the patients when they leave the sliding window open for everyone to hear. The doctor is fine but the office/nurse staff is horrible. Major changes need to be made at this office.
