I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. "DR Seema Ahluwalia is THEE most UNFRIENDLY DR I have ever met in my life! She is NOT knowledgeable in her field whatsoever! She RUSHES you IN and OUT of your appointment! She makes do tests that are unnecessary and unrelated to your issue. It's ALL to rack up a HUGE bill with your insurance company. She charged my insurance for an EXPANDED NEW PATIENT EXAM on my first visit. YOU HAVE TO BE IN THE ROOM FOR MORE THAN 45 MIN in order to BILL for an EXPANDED exam. I was in that room for 14 min. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.
I would NEVER recommend Dr. Sanjay Ahluwalia or Dr. Seema Ahluwalia. They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. This is not an office that I would recommend visiting. Dr. Ahluwalia is very nice person however if you want and expectation of a good doctors office includes receiving your test results in a timely manner (less than 3-4 weeks even when abnormal), or dealing with a courteous office staff you will be sorely disappointed. Calls will go unreturned and questions never get answered and when your appointment does come around you will find that you are waiting in excess of 30-45 minutes in the waiting room.
