The office is beautiful.The doctor is great. The appointments are on time & most of the staff is great. Well I have end stage kidney failure. I had missed an appointment & was taken to the hospital by ambulance from my dialysis center.I survived the whole ordeal and was released from the hospital.I called to reschedule my appointment & the receptionist that answered the phone got my name and immediately said " oh hold on".got back on and said "you have to pay $25.00 ".. Today Monday June 9 I had an appointment and I give this office of Dr Agarwal no stars .I felt like I was ambushed by the bill manager because I called Friday wanting to know my balance on my account.She told me her office did not tolerate patients been rude to office personnel.I was not rude and explained to her I hung up before the conversation got bad .Today again I was accused of being rude and when I went back to waiting room they called me and I was thinking it was my turn to go in to see the dr and again the office ma... read more
Dr. Argawal has been treating my retinopathy symptoms with great results. He and his entire staff are very knowledgeable and respectful. I have the utmost respect for everyone in this office.
