Everyone there was very friendly and accommodating. I had some issues with my insurance and they were very helpful. Dr. Chen was kind and straight-forward regarding my tooth issue and gave me honest advice that resulted in the best outcome possible for me at the time.
She is truly the best dentist I’ve ever had! She’s incredibly personable, honest, thorough, and genuinely cares about her patients. She takes the time to explain everything and makes what could be an intimidating experience feel comfortable and easy. I look forward to my appointments now and couldn’t recommend her more! You are in good hands with Dr. Chen!
I went in as a new patient and honestly was the best dentist I’ve been too dr Chen is so respectful helps you understand what’s going on with your teeth doesn’t make you feel bad and makes you feel so comfortable with her I highly recommend you guys go see her
Dr. Chen brought my husband's smile back! Our previous dentist retired and so we went without good dental care for a couple years. We were then referred to Dr. Chen by a long time Alameda resident. The office staff, as well as, Dr. Chen are warm, caring and professional. Through Dr. Chen's office, we have received expert care and when needed, referrals to other dental professionals for deep cleanings and dental surgery. I wish we had found Dr. Chen's office earlier.
