My sister has been going to this doctor for years. Since 2019 service has steadily decline. My sister referred me to Dr. Watkins and I called for weeks trying to get an appointment as a new patient, I never received a return phone call, although, AETNA says she is accepting new patients. I was very disappointed with my experience. First of all the is a "DO NOT KNOCK" sign on the door, "go sit in you car and wait". They don't respond to calls, or knocks. Turns out I'm the only one in my car waiting. You don't know anything because all calls go to voicemail. What is you weren't feeling well, but it's not an emergency? One star is very too good.
