She was so sweet! Explained to me everything in details. Gave me medication, said if I couldn't afford to let her know which was sooo kind. Medication was picked up from pharmacy already, I have UT insurance! It's the best

I have seen Dr. Osswald several times. She has always been clear in her explanations and seems sympathetic to my hair loss problem. Before seeing Dr. Osswald, I saw 2 other doctors (not in UT system) who told me " It's male pattern baldness but you won't go completely bald." Can't tell you how nice it was to find a doctor who cared enough to take my hair loss seriously.

Dr. Osswald was phenomenal!!! My procedure was frightening but she was calm and thorough in describing what would happen. She was gentle in expressing the pus and made sure I had follow up in case something went wrong.
