Everyone is caring and sweet. They answer all my questions and if they do not know the answer, they ask Dr. Witz and get back to me as soon as possible. Every appointment has been great. I will be recommending this office and plan on coming back if needed.
I felt very welcomed and well taken care of. The staff was more than accommodating and made you feel special. The weekly visits were very reassuring.
We had the best experience with all the staff. The process was explained perfectly and we feel like it flew by. Everyone treated us like family. Dr.Witz would make every procedure so much easier with his jokes. :).
Absolutely LOVED Dr. Witz and his staff! They were wonderful through this 1.5 year journey. I could not have asked God or sought out a better facility to help my husband and me bring a new life into the world. HFI was with us through the ups and downs the whole way. Fertility treatments are hard to begin with, but HFI makes the whole processes easier. They make you feel comfortable from the very beginning and guide you through the complicated processes. The staff, and Dr. Witz were amazing and were always so accommodating to my busy schedule. They ease your fears and make you feel very comfortable. Doctor Witz was absolutely professional, friendly, makes things easy to understand as well as the whole team starting from the reception to the nurses. They make you feel welcomed and part of big happy family. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. I am definately referring others to HFI.
