Dr. Witz is competent and straight to the point which encouraged me to move forward with an IVF. I was able to get pregnant after one attempt and choose the gender of my second child. The staff at Piney Point are very professional and caring. My daughter and I established a special bond with Juli, the right hand of Dr. Witz. She was always encouraging and with a big smile. Words cannot express how wonderful our experience has been with HFI. The doctors and nurses, both here and at the surgery center, were absolutely wonderful. We had a very individualized experience the entire way and really appreciated the extra TLC and attention.
The staff is amazing and takes wonderful care of patients. Questions are answered quickly. I would highly recommend HFI.
Great experience! Very friendly and comforting staff especially the clinical trial manager Amber Mendoza who was kind enough to give me her personal contact number when I wasn't feeling well during the early days of pregnancy. Would definitely come again for FETs.
The team at Piney Point is amazing! We felt like the team truly cared for us as if we were family. Everything was well planned and thought out. They took their time and ensured that we were able to get proper results as well as care. They were available and patient through the whole process.
Every step of the way in this one year journey of multiple retrievals and transfer in November has been positive. Both Dr. Witz and staff have been excellent and accommodating. Early on, there was some fluctuations in nurses, although all nurses have been super. We especially liked Juli.
All of the staff from the front desk, nurses and Dr. Witz went above and beyond to make every visit comfortable. The communication was easy with the nursing staff with put me at ease.
Everyone was great and receptive to any questions and concerns I had. Everything was done in a timely manner. I always recommend this location to any friends looking for a fertility specialist.
Dr. Witz and the office staff were very patient and knowledgeable throughout the last year. We are very happy with our choice to go with HFI.
