This place is the slowest! My daughter and little sister came in at the same time, they took my sister first and my daughter would be next. Some other person came in not too long ago and they only waited maybe ten minutes and they took that girl before taking my daughter. That makes no sense at all. My daughter was supposed to be taken next but instead they make us wait a lot longer. I give this place at least a 2 only because the dental hygienist were nice, the dentist however is not. From my experience this dentist doesn’t have patience for children, she’s rude, doesn’t want to answer questions and she’s quick to try to send children off elsewhere to have work done that sometimes isn’t even needed. I could give examples but I’ll just leave it at my kids are not going back there again. Unprofessional, this office messed up several of my fillings and always wants to rush you out. Never listens to what you have to say and always wants to send you somewhere else to fix the problem.
My daughter went there for her cleaning visit and she was freaking out. About the machines. Perfectly normal 6 year old. And the lady that was working on my daughters teeth said is your child autistic or something for her freaking out. After that I switched to a different dentist. They don’t treat patience’s right.
This was the first time I went here and I really have to say that I really liked it there the staff there were really nice and pleasant and made me feel welcomed and comfortable and the doctor was great and explained everything to me and was so very kind and understanding.. I have made appointments for my boys now as well it feels good to finally have found a dentist that I feel comfortable to go to.. I definitely would recommend them.. Great place
