I’ve been seeing Dr. Shukla for over a year, and she has been wonderful throughout. She is compassionate, attentive, and very knowledgeable. I always feel reassured and well cared for under her guidance.
Dr Shukla is wonderful but the office is the absolute worst I've ever dealt with. You absolutely can not get ahold of anyone. It took over 3 weeks of calling and messaging through the portal to get an appointment. They blame the phone system, SO FIX IT! This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. I was hiven the number yo call allued digestive health corporate office. I called and left a message with my name and number, obviously they don't care because I never hot a call back. Dr. Shukla is such a kind and compassionate woman with wonderful bedside manner and the most professionalism. She takes the time to listen and understand and is a great communicator to help solve problems and get things done. I'm so lucky to have her as one of my physicians and highly recommend her ❤️
