I waited 3 months for appt., received text to preregister 2 days in advance, which I did. Drove 30 minutes to get there only to find he had booked himself off. Three other patients arrived facing the same issue. No apology, no attempt to reschedule, this is despite having an abnormal ecg and needed clearance for upcoming surgery. I feel from the doctor right through the office manager and staff, their behaviour was flippant and unprofessional.

I waiting 45 minutes to be seen by a staff person who took information. Then I saw a nurse practitioner and was told the doctor was called out of the office to return soon. Then I waited in an examination room that had a sub-zero temperature. After waiting now 2 hours not to see the doctor or even know if he was back or not, I left. What I did learn is that I probably would need a stress test and my family physician told me that going into an unkept appointment.

Dr. Chhabra has done an excellent job diagnosing three blockages which resulted in a triple bypass. He also performed a high speed procedure on my mother who had blockages because she was not a candidate for open heart surgery. I have recommended Dr. Chhabra to several of my friends when they started asking me about how I felt before the surgery. Don't wait, have a good doctor check you out.
