The doctor seems to very unprofessional playing with patients health. I am in lots of pain and my prescription is completed. I am not able to contact dr in any way. I am thinking of filing a police complaint for playing with patients health
I have been trying to contact Dr. Ko's office for the past two weeks to schedule an appointment, but have had no success. Nobody answers the phone, and when I reached out by email, I was told that they would check and get back to me. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up or further instructions since then. I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Ko and the communication throughout my fertility journey. Follow-up was unclear and inconsistent, and my partner and I were not given proper explanation or guidance around key test results. We didn’t feel supported or properly informed at any point.
