Dr. Benesh is a very kind and caring doctor for my 96 year old mom. He treats her with respect and shows his concern for her health problems. His receptionist, Terry, is very kind. I call the office rather frequently, but she never sounds disturbed. My mom is doing well in spite of serious health issues. Mom likes the office, and that's what counts.
Dr. Benesh cared for my mother for more than 30+ years. During the past 10 years, I was my mother's caregiver and quickly learned that communication is the heart and art of Dr. Benesh's practice, and a central component in the delivery of quality health care. He has always been very responsive regardless of the time or day of the week. In my view, he is exceptional and the type of medical pr... read more
Dr. Benesh focuses on being proactive and preventive. However, I suddenly became sick in 2018, and Dr. Benesh was at the hospital or on the phone with me every single day. He kept the lines of communication open with my legally designated family member during times when I was too sick or not unable to communicate. Further, his staff was professional and as interested in my recovery and recuperation. C. Billian
My husband and I are so satisfied with Dr. Benesh and MDVIP that we enrolled my younger sister as an MDVIP patient of Dr. Benesh. About a year-and-a-half ago, my sister was sick; she called her primary care physician before Thanksgiving to ask for an appointment. She was told that the first available date for her to see the doctor would not be until January. My husband and I have taken care of my sister's enrollment in MDVIP ever since. That says a lot. Also, my sister has had a number of serious, on-going health challenges ... read more
