Dr. Epstein treated and finally replaced my right knee. He is amazing, very meticulous and caring. I have never regretted it and would have him do so again, should my left knee ever require it. I highly recommend him; he is the best.

The office requires you be there 15 minutes prior to your appointment. I waited an hour and a half to see the doctor! Front desk was rude and short when I asked how much longer I’d be waiting. Why is it that only the doctor’s time is valuable? They would charge me if I was late or canceled. Why is it ok for them? Completely unacceptable
Kind, patience, efficient & concerned. Fell & broke my toe (bandage only was needed) and finger (cast applied). Doctor & staff very knowledgeable & commitment to excellence!
was forwarded to him by my surgeon as I was 8 weeks post op from total knee replacement. I had many issues and complications from this surgery , but Dr. Epstein did not investigate them enough even though I had very evident signs of complications. Those were 1) a ruptured patellar tendon and 2) and septic infection that almost killed me. I am beyond angry and frustrated and would never recommend this dr to anyone. My second opinion dr diagnosed me within 10min of the visit , as he couldn't .
We’ve visited Dr. Epstein monthly for nearly a year. The staff is ALWAYS professional, courteous and friendly. Recent interior work presented somewhat adverse conditions for an office, and still they managed to stay open throughout the process while remaining cognizant of the needs of the patients waiting. Dr. Epstein is very attentive to the patient’s condition and progress. Once finished explaining and answering questions, he dictates his findings on a recorder. Highly recommended practice!
Dr. Epstein came highly recommended. I've rarely been so disappointed. The office is utter chaos. The office staff don't seem to know what they are doing. The wait time is horrendous, over 2 hours. I wasn't particularly impressed with my interaction with the doctor. He seemed to avoid eye contact and spend most of his time with his nose in the computer or his dicta recorder thing.
