Office staff members are devoid of personality and prone to error. Wait times ridiculously long. Patient Portal inadequate and user unfriendly.
Worst experience ever. Did not look up from his computer but one time if any. Did not do any kind of exam. Did not tell me what the plan of care was. Seemed more concerned about the fact that I had not been there in years. Do NOT recommend.
This Dr is very moody! Some of my visits gave gone fine and he has shone care and concern. Other visits, not so much. This last one, took the cake! He informed me I had a serious chronic disease as if he was telling me I had a cold. Very cold!
Front staff is rude and DR, Ramirez is rude and basically just collecting money spends no time with patients . Referrals not done in any type of timely manner. Go somewhere else and save yourself from headaches!
Does not listens to patients opinions. does not corroborate previous medical records. To him the patient is wrong. Given to exaggerate conditions to order not needed lab work, and referrals. Claims to Tricare of $217.00 for a five minutes consult without examining the patient.
Dr Ramirez is great. I've been going to him for several years and he takes the time to talk with me about my questions and what's happening. The front office staff (secretary and billing) are disorganized and take forever to call you back. Better to visit in person.
